The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?

If an item is out of stock you are able to sign up to be notified when it is back in stock. This option is only available for items that will be restocked.

 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All standard orders will ship within 3-10 business days. We thank you for your patience + apologise for the inconvenience.

 

How can I edit/ cancel my order?

You are unable to change or edit orders once the order is successfully placed. Please contact us at akurathelabel@gmail.com right away in regard to changing an order.

 

Where does Akura ship from?

Our shipping warehouse is located in Bali, Indonesia.

 

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact us at akurathelabel@gmail.com right away and we will be able to assist you.

What is your return policy?

Akura has a 14-day return policy on full priced items. All international and sale items are final. Items must be unworn with original hygienic liners and hang tags still attached.

 

How can I return my order?

If your items fall under the allotted return policy time, please visit our Returns Page.

 

How can I exchange my order?

As we do not have an exchange program, you are more than welcome to make a return and place a new order for your desired item(s). Return label flat fee of $36,00 will be waived if you place a new order within 12 hours of your return.

 

When will I get my refund?

Due to safety and cleaning procedures, we may experience delays in processing returns. Once received, processing time for credits on returns may take up to 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been fully processed.

 

What if my package is lost?

For all lost packages, please email akurathelabel@gmail.com with all order information. All lost packages are taken on a case by case basis. We are not responsable for any lost packages when it comes to returns och refunds.
