Returns
International returns:
All orders placed on our website are sent from our Indonesian office.
Akura gladly accepts returns within a 14-day from the original purchase date under the following conditions.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Akura.
- We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Akura is not responsible for returns that are not received.
- We do not accept returns on sale or promotion items.
How to return:
Please send us the details together with images of the evidence of faulty products, to josefine@akurathelabel.com within 10 days of receipt.
Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received, unused and inside their original packaging.
Note:
Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or equivalent), as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and can be high due to Balinese regulations.

All exchanges must be addressed within 48 hours of purchase.
